Who can register?
Agency owners, directors, managers and authorised staff can request an agency account. PropertyZoom may ask for authority to act for the business.
How does verification work?
We review identity, business details, contact channels and relevant professional information. Additional evidence may be requested before listings go live.
Who is responsible for listing accuracy?
The advertiser remains responsible for accurate, current and lawful content, including material information. PropertyZoom provides fields and missing-data prompts but does not replace professional compliance review.
Where do enquiries go?
Property enquiries are routed to the responsible agent and appear in the CRM lead workflow. Keep contact and branch details current.
Can multiple team members work together?
Team calendars, branches, leads and property workflows are being expanded. Access should be limited to authorised personnel.
